Job Description

Job Duties:
1) Assign sales workers to duties
2) Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
3) Authorize payments by cheque
4) Order merchandise and authorize return of merchandise
5) Establish work schedules
6) Sell merchandise
7) Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
8) Organize and maintain inventory
9) Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages
10) Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
