Sushi Tengoku is Hiring a Cook!

Wage: $17.70 to $25.00 (to be negotiated)
Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40hrs/week)
Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay

Work Setting: on-site

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 7 months commercial cooking experience

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Order supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Supervise kitchen helpers if applicable
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
