Job Description
Specific Skills:
• Answer and direct phone calls and organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Identify and address discrepancies in any applications and update the manager.
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports and related material.
• Providing continuous support to immigration consultant and clients to complete applications and also handling the general requests.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes and maintain contact lists
