OES General Contracting Inc. has established reputation for outstanding quality and service in Metro Vancouver area. Company is located at 106-7198 Vantage Way in Delta, BC. We are currently looking for administrative assistant who can providing administrative support for office staff and can join our team as soon as possible. It is a full time, permanent position, for mature individual with related education and administrative background. All applicants should be able to communicate in English.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
• Open and distribute incoming mail, regular and electronic.
• Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Determine and establish office procedures
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings
• Arrange travel schedules and make reservations

Requirements:
Experience: at least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Credentials: High school completion
Language: English

• High attention to detail and demonstrates good judgment

• Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of staff, vendors and customers
• Strong verbal and in writing skills
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Office

Compensation:
- Salary: $25 per hour paid biweekly
- Vacation: 2 weeks per year
