Position: Liquor Store Supervisor

Wage: $20.00 to 22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:
1. Responsible for supervision of staff to meet requirements
2. Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandise to the business’s standards
3. Maintain specified inventory and supply shortage
4. Maintain and monitor all appropriate reports including closing till worksheet according to standards
5. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
6. Organize and distribute staff work schedules
7. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
8. Resolves potential confrontational issues when dealing with intoxicated individuals, shop lifters, or those attempting to obtain liquor illegally
