Job duties:
• Cut, trim, and otherwise prepare standard cuts of meat, European bacon, Baby back ribs, Kaiser bacon, Pork hawks, Prcuto, Capicolo, Smoked beef, Smoked lamb sausages for sale at counter according to customers' orders
• Grind meats and slice cooked meats using powered grinders and slicing machines
• Prepare special displays of meat, Bacon, poultry, lamb.
• Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish and may wrap prepared meats, poultry, lamb.
• Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements
• Ensure food storage conditions are adequate

Job Description

Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school education is required.
• Minimum one year of previous work experience in a similar field is required.
