Our firm is looking for two Courier Service Supervisors to join our team to serve our growing roster of clients.

Job Description
• Efficiently plan daily delivery routes for couriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Coordinate with drivers to optimize delivery schedules and address any unexpected issues
• Oversee the sorting of packages, mail, and parcels based on destination, delivery method, or other criteria
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in sorting or routing, ensuring timely correction.
• Address and resolve work-related issues promptly, while submitting progress reports to track team performance
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff on the use of technology such as GPS tracking and routing software
• Foster efficient teamwork by establishing clear work schedules, procedures, and effective communication channels
• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines for couriers during transportation and delivery
• Place orders for necessary supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades
