Plantscape Inc. is looking for full time Landscape Worker at 7368 Howard Ave, Amherstburg, ON N0R 1J0. There are 2 positions available.

Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

-Spread top soil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees and perform other duties to assist with the construction of a landscape and related structures
-Cut grass, rake, aerate, dethatch, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees and perform other maintenance duties as directed by supervisor
-Spray and dust trees, shrubs, lawns and gardens, as directed, to control insects and disease
-Survey and assess sites, prepare drawings, sketches, and reports, and perform other duties to assist landscape architects in designing landscaped environments.
-Maintain lawns and grass along roadsides
-Visit clients, assess the health of lawns, and apply fertilizer, pesticides, and other lawn care products.
-Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments.

Job Description

Hours of work are 40 hours a week Mon-Fri (overtime pay after 44 hours). Pay is $22 per hour. Successful candidates must speak English and no education required Minimum work experience is 6 months hands on experience.
