Haru fusion cuisine is hiring Food service supervisor

Work and Business Location: 40022 Government Rd, Squamish, BC, V8B 0H7
Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment / Full time / Shift
Start date: As soon as possible
Benefits: 4% vacation pay + Tip

Requirement
• Language of work: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in food service industry

Responsibilities
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
