Wage: $16 - $20 / hour, 40 hours per week

Job Description

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
• Place dishes in the storage area
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, package take-out food
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Sharpen kitchen knives
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
