Bonus : If night shift, premium of $1 per hour from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. or after midnight

• Train staff on duties, sanitation, and safety procedures and standards
• Supervise and coordinate the scheduling of staff who prepare and serve food
• Prepare high-quality food efficiently and by established standards
• Assume responsibility for financial results during the shift
• All other related duties
