Job Duties:
• Establish objectives for the company, formulate and approve the policies and programs.
• Assign material and financial resources to implement organization’s policies.
• Represent the company or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in official matters.
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate the overall operations of the company.
• Coordinate and assign the work as per requirement.
• Select managers, executive staff or other employees, delegate necessary authority to them and decide the optimum work conditions.
• Establish and approve overall human resource planning and approve promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company to external parties.
