True Way Installations Inc. located 2885 Grandview Crescent Abbotsford, BC V2T 2R6 is looking for one permanent, full-time ‘User support technician’ to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Title: User support technician

Work Location: Various locations

Wage: $30.85 hourly

Number of positions: 1

Job type: Full time (35 hours per week)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
• Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
• Supervise other technical support workers in this group
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
• Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
• Provide customer service

Job Description

Job Requirements/Skills:
• Completion of high school is required
• Knowledge of English language is required
• Minimum one years of work experience required in a similar field.
