Job Description

Responsibilities:
ï‚· Prepare workstations for cooking.
ï‚· Cook and prepare a variety of food of each recipe on the menu.
ï‚· Arrange food and ensure an appealing presentation.
ï‚· Supervise kitchen helpers and kitchen operations if needed.
ï‚· Maintain freshness of product and rotating old product out.
ï‚· Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
ï‚· Work with a team of Cooks to handle varying levels of activity.
ï‚· Memorize recipes, policies, procedures, and standard food portions.
ï‚· Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace always.
ï‚· Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines.
ï‚· Train kitchen staff if required.

Qualifications
ï‚· Minimum High School Diploma
ï‚· Minimum of two years of work experience as a cook in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
ï‚· Available to work the day, afternoon, weekend shifts, and overtime if needed.
ï‚· Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
