Job Description
A line cook is responsible for preparing food items according to the menu and recipe specifications. They must work efficiently and maintain a clean and organized station.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Prepare food items according to recipe specifications
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow food safety standards and procedures
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Monitor food levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure the availability of necessary ingredients
Adhere to portion control guidelines
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
