• Prepare and cook pizza, Lasagna, spaghetti, individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations
