Job Details
Oversee the daily operations of a 7 day a week busy bakery
Coordinate and schedule the activities of the bakery team
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other
facilities
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and productquality
Requisition materials and supplies
Ensure all equipment is in good order and regular maintenance schedules adhered to Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and purebread culture and policies
Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
Ensure training and development is a continuous process for all staff; guide and mentor
supervisors in the process as required
Ensure budget guidelines for payroll and scheduling are adhered to
Monitor wastage and recommend improvements
Prepare sales reports using TouchBistro and utilize past information for future forecasting
Participate in managers meetings as required
Ensure cleaning duties are completed daily, inspections worksheets completed
Responsible for all staff health and safety and food safe training, and adherence to guidelines.

Wage: $20cad-$25cad per hour
Full-time position
supervise: 5-6 people
Must be able to lift up to 20 kgs
Previous baking experience required
