Currently, we are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our team. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be 3026 Granville Drive NW Edmonton T5T4V3.

The wage will be $19.00 per hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and / or 8 hours per day.

Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and serving staff.
• Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Schedule and assign duties to staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of food handling and storage areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service.
• Oversee inventory levels of food and supplies.
• Place orders for ingredients and other necessary items, considering budgetary constraints.
