Mai Restaurant (Do Nguyen Restaurant)

Position: Cook

Wage: $15.30 to $16.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:
1. Prepare and cook food of the restaurant on the regular menu
2. Order and receive ingredients such as raw materials and dry goods
3. Record and maintain accurate inventories of food, supplies and equipment
4. Inspect and clean food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
5. Maintain utensils in safe and appropriate working condition as well as ensure that all utensils are clean before each use
6. Adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year or higher work experience OR completion of an equivalent educational or training program
