Full-time, permanent; $21.00 per hour; 32-44 hours per week. Bonus available based on performance.

Standard 6.4-8.8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9am and 1:30am as required.

Job Description

Duties:

• Cook everything on the list of food production menu items.
• Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness.
• Maintain accurate records per HACCP requirements.
• Provide training to new staff on matters of hygiene, record keeping and Japanese cuisine techniques, and other matters.


Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
• Japanese language ability is an asset;
• English language ability is required.
