We, Limitless Tire Ltd., are looking for passionate candidates for the position of full-time Automotive parts installers and servicers.
Employer: Limitless Tire Ltd.
Position: Automotive repair service advisor (NOC 64409)
Terms of Employment: Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Morning, Day, Afternoon
Hourly Wage: $20-$22
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: Unit 8, 1231 36 Avenue NE Calgary AB T2E 6N6
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
• Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone
• Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labour into consideration
• Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms
• Connecting customers to the right auto technician
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed
• Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
• Other duties as requested by the manager/owner
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Completion of high school education
• Work experience in a related field as an asset
• Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively
• Team player, Reliability, Judgement, Client Focus
