Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Description

Specific Skills:
• Supervise and delegate tasks to staff.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to understand consumer demand and sales potential.
• Establish pricing and credit policies.
• Create and execute marketing plans.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Address issues like customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Direct and evaluate daily operations.
• Recruit, hire, and manage staff.
• Oversee both office and volunteer personnel.
