Your Role:
Brand champion, ensuring consistency and vibrancy across all platforms and mediums.
Work collaboratively with the design and project management teams to develop and execute inspiring, fully integrated design solutions, across media channels, including but not limited to digital, broadcast and print.
Mentor and inspire our talented junior designers, fostering an environment of growth, creativity, and innovation.
A committed team member, of a groundbreaking ad agency, holding Canada accountable to truth, reconciliation, and the upliftment of Indigenous voices.

Qualifications:
You have a keen understanding of the diversity of Indigenous cultures, art and design within North America. You are able to identify the regional, socio-cultural and linguistic styles of art and design of tribes throughout Turtle Island.
5+ years of graphic design experience (agency-side or in-house design preferred), with a rich portfolio showcasing your journey and talents.
Mastery in design principles and a fluent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.), video editing software, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in digital/web production working within web content management systems (WordPress), email campaign systems (Constant Contact, MailChimp), and familiarity with front-end web development (HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript) and UI/UX design.
A collaborative spirit, exceptional conceptual thinking, and the ability to lead with insights and innovation.
