Job Title: Event Planner

Work Location: 1 Gateway Blvd suite 201 Brampton, ON L6T 0G3

Salary: $30.15 per hour

Number of positions: 2

Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
• Administer revenues and expenditures
• Develop risk management plans
• Develop and monitor emergency security plans
• Develop marketing and communication plans
• Co-ordinate media services
• Confirm and co-ordinate speakers
• Research and design special events programs
• Plan for traffic and crowd control and security
• Manage Event Logistics
• Develop and implement business plans

Job Description

Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school education is required.
• Knowledge of English language is required.
• At least 1 year to 2 years of experience or completion of a college diploma/degree in a similar field is required.
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
