Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Support workers in lead generation
- Manage organizational sales by developing sales plans
- Handle calls from clients, collect all basic requirements and prepare basic profiles of clients
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Develop business professional relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Reach customers through cold calling, emails and follow ups when necessary
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
