The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining cleanliness, handling guest inquiries, collaborating with the kitchen team, managing inventory, enforcing policies, and contributing to revenue growth. Qualifications include previous supervisory experience, excellent communication skills in English language, knowledge of food and beverage operations, and flexibility in scheduling. Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Monitor dining room cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation to uphold the company's image and brand standards.
Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food service and ensure seamless operations.
Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and maintaining appropriate par levels.
Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Analyze sales and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the dining experience.
