Job Description

Job duties
1. Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including product availability and pricing
2. Supervise and coordinate sales staff.
3. Assign the task to the sales staff and prepare work schedule.
4. Hire, coach, counsel, train, and discipline staffs.
5. Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
6. Maintain inventory and ensure products are in stock.
7. Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
8. Prepare reports regarding sales.
9. Authorize payments by cheque and the return of product.
10. Sell merchandise to customers.
