We, Team Lift delivery services located at 1254 Copperhead Dr, Kamloops, BC V2E 0A1 are looking for one experienced & talented Delivery and Moving Supervisor to join our organization. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. As a Delivery and Moving Supervisor, you will be supervising, assigning task, reviewing the work of the delivery staffs at a Team lift delivery services.

Job Description
Supervise, assign daily works, and create shift schedules for delivery staffs.
Resolve issues in between staffs and customers.
Prepare moving and delivery reports to management.
Assist management in recruitment and selection process.
Effectively address customer inquiries and concerns regarding moving and delivery to achieve high standard of customer satisfaction.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Recommend personnel actions.
Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Train or arrange for training if needed.



Qualification
Secondary (High School) Graduation Certificate
