Job Description: -Coordinate, assign, supervise and review activities of workers.
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports.
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist the front office team in making reservations and answers incoming telephone calls.
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- To maintain effective communication between the different department managers and service workers.
- Handle emergency situations.
- Requisition supplies and materials.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Lead staff meetings and evaluations, including setting standards and training new hires.
