Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods.
Plan menus.
Work with minimal supervision.
Determine size portions ensuring the least wastage.
Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
Follow sanitation procedures and ensure the cleanliness of food preparation areas.
Ensure all pots and pans are cleaned at the end of the day.
