IKI Japanese Bistro is seeking a Head Cook for their Broadway location.
Permanent, full-time; $19.00 per hour; 30-40 hours per week; Plus extended health and dental benefits after completion of 3 months’ probation period, and bonus depending on sales performance.
Standard 6-8 hour shift for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9am and 10pm as required.

Job Description

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients;
- Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on the menu);
- Supervise kitchen staff.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
- English language ability is required;
- Japanese language ability is an asset.
