Valuce Hospitality’s Ltd (dba Zakkushi on Denman), is looking for an Assistant Cook to join their team.
Permanent, Full-time, $18.50 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus based on Sales
Performance. Extended Health benefits are optional.
Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled between 9AM to 2AM as
required.

Job Description

Duties:
– Cook everything on the menu;
– Prepare Yakitori and Ramen noodles ingredients and other Japanese food;
– Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness and supervising all food preparation.
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a commercial cook;
– Previous experience with Ramen and Japanese Yakitori cuisine is an asset;
– English language ability is required;
– Japanese language ability is an asset.
