We, Civilia Golf Retreat located at 1480 Old North Thompson Highway, Clearwater, BC V0E 1N2, are looking for one experienced & talented Cook to join our organization. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for cooking and overseeing daily operations at kitchen of Civilia Golf Retreat.

JOB DUTIES
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations

Qualifications
• Secondary (High School) Graduation Certificate
• Experience as a Line cook from 1 year to less than 2 years
