Omotenashi Enterprises Ltd (Kojo Japanese Soul Fusion Restaurant) is seeking a Head Cook to join our team at our location at 101-3466 Carrington Rd in Westbank.

Permanent, full-time; 30-40 hours per week; $19.25 per hour. Bonus available based on sales performance.

For this position, the shifts will be standard 6-8 hours and can be scheduled any time between 9am and 10pm as required.

Job Description

Duties:
- Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
- Maintain the inventory of ingredients and foodstuffs;
- Cooking everything on the menu.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook.
- English language ability is required.
- Japanese language ability is an asset.
