Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Additional Skills: Conduct performance reviews, Organize and maintain inventory, Cost products and services, Balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.

Job Description

Specific Skills:

• Hire and train staff members.
• Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
• Keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
• Order ingredients in the correct quantities for the kitchen staff.
• Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
• Open and close the restaurant on time.
• Address customer complaints.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Develop marketing strategies and budget plans for restaurant supplies.
