Vive Artistic Nails & Spa is hiring a Beauty Salon Receptionist (permanent, full-time position)!
Employer: Gentle Nails and Spa Inc. o/a Vive Artistic Nails & Spa
Position: Beauty Salon Receptionist (NOC 14101)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Hourly Wage: $20 to $22 per hour (Depends on Experience)
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: 3511 20 Street SW Calgary, Alberta T2T 2E3
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Welcome and assist customers by directing them to contacts and service areas
- Obtain and manage information required to deliver excellent customer service
- Record and communicate information accurately and effectively
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth scheduling
- Maintain organized work records and logs
- Process payments and receipts accurately
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed
- Calculate billing charges

Job Description

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience
- Training will be provided
- Ability to build a good relationship with customers
- Well organized; client focus; team player
