• College or University degree in any subject
• 2+ years of printing experience, corrugated packaging experience preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills for production data entry
• Be able to lift up to 50lb and standing for extended period
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic math is a must
• English is required

Job Description

•Review job orders to determine job specifications such as production time, color sequence and quantities required, and advise press crew of these specifications.
•Set-up, operate, cleanup, and recommend improvements to production presses operations.
•Monitor box quality, including but not limited to lose liner, warp, correct sizing, and proper scoring/slotting.
•Report and/or handle any quality problems.
•Perform minor maintenance and participate in monthly preventative maintenance.
•Meets KPI targets set by management.
•Trains new hires.
•Adheres to all workplace safety policies and regulations.
•Additional duties related to this job classification as assigned by the supervisor.
