Education, skills and experience required:
- Completion of secondary school
- Previous work experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk

Language: Communication skills in English

Compensation: $22.00/hour, 4% vacation pay

Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise for warehouse (in-person sales) as well as online store
- Maintain customers online
- Take care of the general look of the store -cleanliness, tidiness, and efficiency- to ensure the best image and product images/descriptions for online store
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
- Work as a team player, fostering open communication to contribute to a positive work environment
- Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures
