Education, skills and experience required:
• Completion of secondary school
• 1 – 2 years of Clerical or sales experience
• Superior organizational and conflict-resolution skills
• An in depth understanding of working with various clients
• Keen intercultural sensitivity and openness to dealing with staff of widely differing backgrounds
• Flexibility with schedule
Language: Good communication skills in English
Compensation and Benefits: $20.00/hour, 4% paid vacation

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receiving and processing inquiries for account changes and customer care topics over phone, livechat, email, and SMS texts
• Follow and respond to inquiries based on guidelines provided by customer care manager
• Respond the inquiries in timely and professional manner and Assist management with administrative duties
• Process payment related duties and assist in managing inventory of devices and SIM cards
• Ensure that all communications are returned/responded to within 24 hours or by the next business day to maintain efficient information flow
• Process online activations, suspensions, restoration, and other account changes following guidelines in a timely manner.
• Ensuring store operations run smoothly and report if there’s any changes required
• Reporting concerned items daily to the manager and writing the weekly report on tasks performed and expectations for next week, Maintaining information on clients’ accounts on BoxOne .
• Arranging daily, weekly meetings with the associate team within the Branch
• Conducting daily team management including but are not limited to team in other office branch, providing feedbacks, warnings, assigning tasks and projects
• Completing tasks and project assigning by the managers within the timely manner
• Initiating proactive measures on the topic of including Port out, Termination, Customer Retention rate, shipping and inventory management, secondary channels management
• Assisting with sales and marketing duties, office admin duties including printing, activations, account changes, visiting business partners, attending meetings and conferences and represent the organization
