Job Duties:
Take customer orders for food and drink
Prepare and serve food and drinks for customers to enjoy on the premises or as take away
Operate cash registers, take payments and give receipts
Clean cafe equipment such as coffee grinders and espresso machines
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food and drink preparation and put away new stock
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Store opening and closing tasks and operations
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food and drinks
Establish work schedules and procedures
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards


Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 30 hours of work per week
Language of Work: English
Wage: $17.00
Vacation: 10 days per year
