Job Description

Duties:
– Manage, coordinate, oversee, and assess bar operations;
– Oversee, schedule, interview, and recruit staff;
– Provide or delegate on-the-job training for new staff; Monitor staff performance;
– Monitor revenue and modify procedures and prices on bar operations;
– Maintain records of bar inventory, repairs, sales and beverage wastage;
– Estimate and submit requests for new bar inventories and supplies;
– Ensure that beverage and service meet sanitation, health, safety and quality control standards and regulations;
– Resolve customer complaints and inquiries;

Qualifications:
– Must have completed a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management of related field;
– Must have 3-5 years of experience in food/beverage preparation or service;
– Prior experience in supervising is an asset;
– Serve it Right certification;
– English language ability is required.
