Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility and care of four children (11, 9, 7, and 3 year old) during the absence of the parents and maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- Tend to emotional well-being of the children
- Assist with morning routine
- Assist with dressing and bathing
- Preparation of nutritious meals and snacks
- Organise and supervise children’s activities
- Accompany children to and from school/appointments
- Assist with e-learning/homework
- Light housekeeping

Work Environment:
- Non-smoking
- Working within the employer’s home

Job Requirements:
- Education: Secondary - General Course (Diploma) Completed
- 1 year of job-related experience
- Languages: English or French
- Skills: Initiative, Organized, Judgement, Flexibility, Reliability, Effective interpersonal skills, Client Focus

Salary: $15.75 - $16.60/hour (Negotiable, based on experience)
Hours per week: 40 Hours

Basic Schedule:
Monday: 06h30-12h30 – break – 15h30-20h00
Tuesday: 06h30-12h30 – break – 15h30-20h00
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Off
Friday: 06h30-12h30 – break – 15h30-20h00
Saturday: 06h30-12h30 – break – 15h30-20h00
Sunday: 06h30-12h30 – break – 15h30-20h00
