Organic Farm Worker.

Start July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026.
Pay $16.75 to $17 per hour
Working hours: 40 hours a week.
Select and germinate organic seeds for all kinds of vegetables.
Use of heavy machinery for ploughing, tilting and seeding.
Manage organic soil and fertilizers.
Grow plants, manage weed, irrigation, manage plants for best crop.
Harvesting, cleaning and packing for sale.
Able to do minor repairs of farming equipment and irrigation systems.
Knowledge of crop and soil rotation.

Job Description

Operate the Organic Vegetable Farm.
Must have 3 years' Experience in Organic Farming.
Must know how to operate heavy farm equipment.
Responsible to germinate seed, planting, fertilizing and harvesting.
Clean and sort harvests and packing for sales.
Farm should be well maintained from weeds, rocks and stones.
Train trees and plants to produce more yields of high quality
Must be able to read and write English.
Consumption of alcohol and meat not allowed on site.
