30 – 40 hours per week (Full-Time)

Wage: $18 - $20 (To be negotiated)

Job duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

Job Requirement:
• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 7 months of commercial cooking experience
