Job Description

Specific Skills:

• Open and close the store and tills
• Performing duties such as placing and removing signage
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Co-ordinate and communicate price changes and store promotions to cashiers and floor staff.
• Train new floor staff and cashiers and arrange for training
• Assign duties to staff
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory
