Job Description
We are a leading security company looking to hire a security guard supervisor with a valid security license who can work at various locations in the Lower Mainland, BC

Job Description:
• Efficiently assign tasks to security officers based on their skills and capabilities.
• Oversees the work of security officers and ensures guidelines and security standards are adhered to.
• Establish work procedures and coordinate security officers' and other departments' activities.
• Address and resolve work-related problems promptly and implement effective solutions to enhance the overall efficiency of security operations.
• Requisition of necessary supplies and materials to maintain adequate resources for security personnel.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, incident reports, and other documentation to upper management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the smooth operations of site equipment.
• Handle emergency situations
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Requirements
• Valid Security Workers License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient interpersonal skills
