Job Description

- Manage customer’s satisfaction after the sale by traveling to customer locations;
- Make service calls to resolve faults on customers' machines;
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems on lifting equipment using schematics and diagnostic equipment;
- Testing repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications;
- Manage and report open machine downtime cases within assigned territory;
- All other related tasks.
