The role of the Subway Manager encompasses orchestrating and supervising a team of staff members, overseeing inventory control, and upholding rigorous food safety and hygiene criteria.
Receive and accurately process customer orders, along with managing payment transactions. (P.O.S)
Execute the preparation and cooking of food items in accordance with the established standards of Subway Sandwiches and Salad company.
Assure the timely and precise serving of food items, adhering to proper temperature guidelines.
Maintain an orderly and systematically arranged workspace, encompassing the regular cleaning of equipment and utensils.
Collaborate in inventory management and proactively replenish supplies as necessary.
Exemplify exceptional customer service, effectively handling customer inquiries or grievances (Complains).
Adhere meticulously to all protocols for food safety and sanitation, ensuring a secure and health-conscious work milieu.
Engage in harmonious collaboration with fellow team members to ensure an efficient and productive operation.
Consistently uphold the company's policies and procedures without exception.
Conduct marketing initiatives in accordance with company policies, including executing branded promotional campaigns directed by the corporate headquarters.
Ensure the maintenance of hygiene standards and verify the restaurant's full compliance with health and safety regulations.
