Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budget, schedule, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to determine project needs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and interpret project drawings and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Implement quality control procedures to deliver high-quality results

- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates

- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules

- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors

- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisition

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in project management software

Pay: $53.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
