Evenings and Weekends required for this position.

To expand our staff, we are looking for a committed and experienced front desk supervisor. It will be your duty as the front desk supervisor to supervise all front desk activities and guarantee outstanding visitor experiences. You will oversee a group of front desk employees, take care of reservations, respond to questions and grievances from visitors, and make sure that the check-in and check-out procedures run well.

• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Perform same duties as workers supervised
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery


• Qualifications
Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years experience required
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
